Armor Mineral Company (AMC), with its partners in Canada and the United States, is poised to provide domestic sourcing of minerals and associated byproducts identified by each government as critical to the reliance and security of the nation.
Our Story
Prime movers to AMC’s business strategy and growth are requirements and objectives of the US Defense Production Act, US President Executive Order 14017, “America's Supply Chains” (86 FR 11849) (EO 14017), the Canada-US Joint Action Plan on Critical Minerals Collaboration, and Canadian Critical Minerals Strategy. AMC’s business model, exercised through established joint ventures and corporate activities, will include the full cycle of mineral property on-site operations, logistics and supply-chain management, mineral processing and stockpile in Canada and the United States, with distribution across North America and potential export.
Amongst AMC’s North America domestic partners are the Titan Discovery Corporation, with corporate offices in Vancouver, BC and Arlington Innovation Partners, incorporated in Arlington, Virginia. Additional partnered mineral sources are in California, with advisory and professional services relationships in Virginia, Nevada and Washington DC.
